With the development of science and technology, high-grade CNC machine tool’s perfor mance continues to improve.Rolling bearings as high-grade CNC machine tool feed system w hich are widely used in a supporting part, is static rigidity system weakness, whichdirectly aff ects the machine overall static and dynamic mechanical properties. So the static stiffness of angular contact ball bearing has the very vital significance. Therefore, in order to meet the needs of high-grade CNC machine developed, it is necessary for a study of the static parameters of the rolling bearing. This article feelers docking is60°static properties of Angle contact ball bearing was studied.Firstly,this article introduces the basic structure characteristics of angular contact ball bearing, and analyzed respectively in axial, radial and joint under load under the load and displacement, and respectively established the axial and radial bearing static stiffness test model, and the calculation formulas.In ord to explore the change rule of bearing static characteristic parameters, and obtain the foundation of the real and effective data, the paper based on the bearing static characteristic parameters of test model and the testing principle, set the bearing static parameters testing system, used to test the bearing static characteristic parameters of different specification, summarizes the bearing contact Angle, installation method, size, and by the size of the external load, etc. The effects of influence factors on the bearing static stiffness. Test for5set of bearing, won more than800set of test data, through the data processing, the bearing is obtained in closed under the condition of no axial force and radial force, bearing the corresponding deformation law and stiffness change rule, and analyzes the reasons.Test bench design improvements bearing dynamic characteristics parameters, the improved test-bed is mainly considered the rotational speed and radial load and axial load of bearing dynamic characteristics, the influence of can experiment of different type bearing, has the characteristics of simple structure, strong commonality. And set up the improved bearing dynamic characteristic parameters of the test system.
