Linear rolling guide has been widely used in CNC machine tools due to its low friction,high precision and strong bearing capacity.The static stiffness and the rated static load which reflect the capacity of resistance to deformation and the ultimate bearing capacity of linear rolling guide respectively,have an important influence on the accuracy of CNC machine tools.Combining with the research tasks of national science and technology project "Research on General Technology and Capability of Testing of Functional Components"(2016ZX04004007)and the domestic and overseas research status,this dissertation studies the theoretical model,the simulation analysis method and the test method of static stiffness and the theory and test method of rated static load of linear rolling guide.The overall level of static stiffness of linear rolling guide in domestic and the gap with overseas products are evaluated through industry evaluation.According to the Hertz elastic contact theory and the deformation and coordination law of the linear rolling guide,the vertical,inclined and pitch static stiffness models are deduced.The vertical and inclined static stiffiiess of the ball type linear rolling guide are analyzed by finite element method.The static stiffness of the guide is measured in two methods:the separate method and the synchronous method.For the separate method,the law of static stiffness of the linear rolling guide is revealed by comparing the theoretical curve with the experimental curve.For the synchronous method,the reasons for the error are analyzed and the suggestions for improvement are put forward by comparing with the results of single measurement scheme.The industrial measurement and evaluation system of the static stiffness of the linear rolling guide is described.The measurement results of the products from different factories are analyzed and evaluated from the aspects of the friction force,the static stiffness value of loading//unloading and the product consistency which revels the overall level of domestic products and the gap between domestic products and foreign products.A calculation method of rated static load of ball type linear rolling guide based on ISO 14728-2 is analyzed.A test scheme of indirectly measuring the rated static load is designed.Based on the test results,the calculation method of static rated load is modified considering the change of contact angle.
