In this paper,Polyquaternium P(DMDAAC-DMC) was synthesized by using ationic inverse Suspension polymerization method with DMDAAC and DMC as thematerials. Dispersion medium were screened. Three factors including monomer ratio,dosage of initiator,holding temperature and holding time affected the yield of P(DMDAAC-DMC) were investigated.The optimal reaction conditions were determined by single factor and orthogonal experiments.The optimal reaction conditions include that the dispersion medium is the mixture of kerosene and ethanol(182.5g),the ratio of monomer is1:4, the amount of initiator is0.12%,the holding time is6h.The surface tension of the target aqueous solution was measured with Du Nouy Ring method,which showed its effect of lowering the surface tension of water molecules. Meanwhile,the different process conditions,critical micelle concentration(cmc) of aqueous solution with different concentration,surface tension of critical micelle concentration(γcmc), saturated extent of adsorption(Γmax) and cross sectional area of single molecule in the gas liquid interface when the adsorption achieved saturation were measured and calculated(Am).The flocculation of the target product can be evaluated by artificial wastewater.The antistatic ability of the petroleum ether and aviation kerosene was estimated through the test of the oil conductivity.At the same time, the structure of the product was characterized by the FT-IR,Molecular weight and molecular weight distribution were measured by GPC.
