Petrochemical And Applied Research System Corporate Safety Culture

In recent years, Chinese enterprises safety culture construction has made considerableprogress. But there are problems such as unbalanced development of safety cultureconstruction, disordered construction ideas and running mechanism. This paper is based onthe study of development and theory of safety culture construction both at home andabroad, combing with features of petrochemical production enterprises. The author hasdone a research in safety culture construction and application in petrochemical productionenterprises by system analysis, qualitative research and other methods.1. Study with literatures about the development of safety culture construction. Thensummarize problems by combing with situations of petrochemical production enterprises’safety culture construction and make sure the research content, purpose, significance andtechnical route, pointing out the necessity and urgency of petrochemical enterprise safetyculture construction.2. Define petrochemical enterprise safety culture and its construction by comparingwith the definition of safety culture and enterprises’ safety culture in order to make moreadvantages with carrying out petrochemical enterprise safety culture construction.3. Study with the structure mode of enterprise safety culture system and make systemanalysis with the elements and their relationship.4. Build a model considering with features of petrochemical enterprise, such as highrisk, complex production process, harsh production condition, high degree of automation,large production scale. According to the specific content, application, running guarantee ofthis model, the author has done several detailed analysis and discuss. This model isconvenient to be used in petrochemical enterprise safety culture construction.5. Classify indicators in the four stages which refers to natural development stage,basically conforming stage, initiative to achieve target stage, team building stage.Providing basis when we need to judge development stage and make specific plans.6. Build several methods about safety management, process management, safety cardmanagement, ban of safe production management in petrochemical enterprise safetyculture construction system.7. Analysis objectively the disadvantages of this paper in the theory and practiceaspects. At last the author put forwards to the development of safety culture construction.
