Water resource is relatively scarce in China,the recycling of waste water and decontamination and environmental protection are strongly advocated by the state.The implementation of sewage discharge standards is relatively strict and high requirement for plant's waste-water treatment is presented.Many factories need to redesign or improve existing wastewater treatment systems.Sewage treatment process of a textile printing and dyeing plant is researched in this paper.Combined with the actual needs of the factory,a set of sewage treatment control system is designed to meet the control requirements.Wastewater treatment strategy by using A~2O is used.According to this strategy,the overall design scheme is proposed,and the design principles of each part,the control methods related to the system,and the compositional framework of the system are determined.The Siemens S7-300 PLC is selected as the main controller,and the IPC with the WinCC configuration software is used as the host computer to monitor the operating status of the system,facilitating the remote control of the system.Siemens S7-200 PLC is used to achieve communication between the field device and the host controller.The process control flow of each part is analyzed;hardware configuration and program design through STEP 7 programming software is achieved to realize the sewage treatment process.
