As the construction company, in the project management level, especially in theschedule and quality management level, and ultimately determines the fierce marketcompetitive position. How to coordinate and control the progress and quality of thesetwo contradictory and unified index, to ensure the realization of the effective progress inconstruction engineering project target and established quality goal under the premise,the project management is the most effective, in the building in the field of each projectmanagers are highly concerned about the problem.In this paper, the author uses K group green new construction project as theresearch object, discuss how to carry on the project schedule and quality controlproblems. First, introduced the progress of the project management and project qualitymanagement theory. And then introduced the K group green new building project’sbasic situation. Third, analysis the project schedule deviation reason and keyinfluencing factors in causality diagram and Parrett diagram. Fourth using thebrainstorming to identify the possible quality control problems. Fifth, the critical chainmethod to analysis the project progress control, finally, the critical chain technology theresults of program evaluation and review technique results in a comparative evaluation,time limit for a project can be saved, to meet the schedule control objectives. Sixth, putforward green new building project quality control process and quality control measuresfrom the organization, technology, economy and contract on four aspects.In this paper, based on critical chain technology on construction progress control ofproject application still preliminary. We should according to the actual situation, toidentify key chain and project buffer to make a more scientific settings. Project qualitycontrol must first have a standardized quality control procedures, take measures toadvance control, to ensure the effective implementation of quality control measures.The research provide reference for the construction project’s progress control andquality control.
