Tourism transportation and tour route are important content of tourism research. Tourism transport directly influences the direction and size of tourist flow. It is an important indicator of the strength of tourism industry.Tourists and tourism object are connected by tourism transportation which forms the tour route. The level of development of tour route directly effects the development of tourism.Tourism transportation optimization and tour route designing are good ways to to strengthen the tourism cooperation.Zhejiang province is rich in tourism resources but is uneven development in tourism economy. To promot the development of tourism, regional cooperation should be strengthened urgently.This paper chooses37cities as major tourism destinations by calculating the importance of cities with total tourism revenue, tourist population and tourism resources abundance. Taking37counties’center as point elements and trunk roads as line elements, the paper constructs abstract graph of tourism routes by way of graph theory.The paper uses a series of accessibility models based on geometric and topologic distance. The proposed models are then applied to examine the spatial structural properties of the tourism transport network. The results show that:(1)there is a high uniformity and consistency between the entire development level and accessibility pattern of tourism transport network of Zhejiang province;(2) significant spatial differences are detected in the tourism transport network;(3) Jinhua,Shaoxing,Hangzhou are the center of zhejiang tourism transport network,the other nodes are outside the circle of the spatial characteristics;(4)the paper also shows that Zhejiang province has not formed a network of dense tourist routes, which is not conducive to integration of tourism development in zhejiang province;(5)tourism transport network in this region has consistency with the tourism economy of each city.Then uses Kruskal algorithm of Gragh-Theory to obtain the minimum generating tree with the straight-line distance, real distance and time distance.The results show that the optimization of transportation routes obtained by Kruskal algorithm of Gragh-Theory does not only to meet the shortest time connection between tourist destinations, but also meet the shortest distance connection between tourist destinations, which shows that the Kruskal algorithm of Gragh-Theory has certain feasibility in tourist routes designing. At last, according to the theoretical study and actual situation, five distinctive tourist-routes are designed. Finally, this research puts forward some proposals on tour route and Tourism transportation optimization.
