The investment management of the system is on schedule to complete the approved investment budget permit conditions to ensure that the project shelf, which is formed in the project investment process, to supervise and adjust and restrict the consumption of human resources, material resources and expenses. So we can reduce project costs, improve the economic efficiency of the project. This paper comprehensively analyzes the construction project decision-making stage, design stage, implementation stage and completion stage of the main content of the whole process of investment control and investment control objectives, focus on the study of the project management investment control at various stages on the basis of the research of investment control in different stages of the specific measures.In this paper, by using the index of investment estimation, value engineering principle, the principle of the earned value method and other theory methods, combining with the actual case study of investment control at various stages of the project management focus and specific measures, explore the investment management from the investment estimate, design estimate, working drawing budget, contract price, engineering settlement, project final accounts and so on the integration of the whole process system management, for the large-scale industrial construction project investment control provides theoretical basis and practical experience.
