With the characteristic of flexibility, concrete mixer has become an important and indispensable construct equipment in modern urban architecture, especially in the construction of overhead road, bridge, dyke and substructure. However, due to the harsh construction environment, complex process of vehicle operation, labor intensity, and certain security risks, it is necessary to study a reliable and stable wireless control system, which has an important engineering application value.This paper aims to develop a wireless remote control system to replace the existing vehicle control system with mixer truck, and realize the wireless remote control of mixer truck operation ultimately to reduce the complexity as well as improve the operational safety of current operation. Firstly, power system of the mixer truck is analyzed based on the analysis of the structure and the working principle of the concrete mixer. Combined with computer simulation technology, the computer model of the power system of the concrete mixer is also established. Secondly, the linear relationship between the speed and pump flow of the mixing tube are analyzed and verified through model dynamic simulation. Thirdly, this paper put forwards the object of wireless control system design of mixer truck, and proposes the overall design of the program, on the basis of which the architecture of software, hardware, electrical principle, and the other connection are designed. Also, the control function of the entire control system is analyzed.Finally, the simulation experiment of the wireless control system and the tests equipped with all kinds of specific working condition are carried out. The results show that the wireless control system design of the mixer truck can meet the practical needs.
