| The whole schedule plan of Yangtze River Avenue Project was established and implemented by the Construction Headquarters of Taizhou Highway. The entire procession was under the guidance of advanced theory, the speed of progress, the prediction of project period, the progress of project activity and the progress plan were adjusted accordingly, which make the whole process applicable.This paper is based on the project management and presents the knowledge structure of project management, which, at the same time, probes deep into progress management and the subfield of project management. Having introduced the methods of progress management explicitly, we use Yangtze River Avenue as an example, which is regarded as the core of research. Also, we use WBS method to disseminate the project, calculate the probable period, decide the project route by using net map, then make up corresponding project plan and finally we optimize the whole process during the implementation of project, which guarantee that project can be completed on time. In addition, this paper analyzes deeply the progress control of Yangtze River Avenue, makes up the methods of progress control accordingly and adjusts timely the bias of progress. After making up well-rounded progress plan systematically, the Yangtze River Avenue Project has made some progress and been completed on time. From the analysis above, advanced methods of project management will play a more and more important role with the development of society. |
