Resesrch Of Construction Project Schedule Management Of Students' Apartment Block In University

Our country always put a high value on construct of university students' apartment block,and put forward specific requirements for per-capita building area,major function and quality price,adopt a series of measures to support construct of university students' apartment block.Construction of university students' apartment block not only concerns students' physical and mental health,but also concerns teaching and life order and stable of campus.Improving the students' accommodation conditions not only can raise students' quality of life,but also can enhance logistic support capability.So the construction of students' apartment block has become one important content of university hardware construction.Project plan and control are the most important factors of engineering construction project succeed,and so management of project schedule become one of the most important factor of it.Construction of apartment block include lots of human or natural factors,the interaction of them made the management of construction became more and more difficulte.So how to set up the scheduled plan scientifically,allocate resource reasonably,master schedule of engineering construction,achieve the quality,schedule and cost in whole consideration,these factors have become the most impotant problems to finish the construction successfully.By researching theory and method of project management and using combination of theory and practice,this paper introduce project management ideas in apartment block construction project.This paper divide construction project into design stage and construction stage,the author analyses characters and influence factors separated,and give some well-directed suggestions.In project design stage.We emphasize the application of overall planning method in design stage,by investigation and analysis exactly,allocating human resources reasonable,exploiting binding contact fully,building smooth communication institution,make the effective control of design stage come true,correct the problem of “belittle designing,value construction”.We emphasize the application of critical path method in construct stage,based on project works decomposing and influence factors' analyzing,and then,protracting Gantt chart,when schedule plan can not achieved,through adjusting the planning measures,we also use flex time compression method in project,comprese some costs on critical path,complete these key activities with minimum time,by changing resource intensity to ensure the smooth progress of the project management.
