With the rapid development of domestic social economy,manufacturing enterprises are also constantly optimizing production scale,improving their own production efficiency,and reducing production costs to seek better products to obtain more markets and users.While the products are constantly updated and iterated,it is bound to be accompanied by the infrastructure transformation,and the schedule management of the infrastructure transformation project is an important part.How to ensure the achievement of basic objectives,and on this basis,optimize the progress as much as possible,so that it can be put into production as soon as possible,has become the focus of major enterprises.The core technology of project schedule management is network planning technology,which provides a scientific management means for modern production,makes the overall progress of the project clear,all links are under control,and to a certain extent,shortens the construction period and saves time.Network planning technology has developed many methods based on it since its appearance,such as PERT,CPM,CCM,etc.At the same time,in recent years,due to the epidemic situation and the policy of power and production restriction,infrastructure projects have also been affected to a certain extent.In the event that materials cannot be supplied in a timely manner,labor is in short supply due to isolation,epidemic prevention and control work has increased,the progress of the project also has some problems.How to deal with the problems,and how to avoid such events from affecting the project progress in the future,are also new important topics of project progress management.In order to sort out other scholars’ research on project schedule management more comprehensively,this paper summarizes the existing literature,summarizes the methods and practices of schedule management in the current society,tries to describe the basic framework of project schedule management,finds the insufficient support for existing schemes,and looks forward to the future development of project schedule management.Based on the personal experience and in-depth analysis of the DC workshop project of Y Company,this paper breaks down the overall work of the project,and determines the key path and tasks at the current stage.The problems of progress management in this project are sorted out from the aspects of organizational structure,tracking of critical path tasks,process system,etc.The reasons are analyzed and a series of measures are formulated,including optimizing the form of organizational structure,strengthening the rights and responsibilities of project leaders,and enhancing the sense of responsibility of project members;Strengthen the management ability of all members of the project team;Optimize the management of the process system and strengthen the supervision of the schedule within the project cycle.
