With the vigorous development of the modern construction industry, thedevelopment of concrete pump truck is more and more get people’s attention. Atthe same time, the rapid development of concrete pump truck to the constructionindustry has brought the huge change. But as the customer is more and morestrict to the requirement of concrete pump truck, the development of pump truckis met bottleneck need staff to analyze and solve. This article first to the composition of concrete pump truck, classificationand development both at home and abroad and the research status of boomsystem is introduced in detail, and the composition of the boom system, sectionlength, fabric range, winding way, number of connecting mechanism, luffingmechanism and make the detailed elaboration, the boom system load wasanalyzed, summed up several kinds of load combinations, the most common andconcluded its strength calculation formula, by using Pro/E to boom system entitymodeling, finite element analysis and optimization design integration analysis,on the premise of meet high intensity and light quality, using sensitivity analysismethod, selecting a number of design variables, to arm shelf structure, theobjective function is the lightest quality, optimize the boom structure analysis.Using integrated analysis and sensitivity method select appropriate designvariables, improve the accuracy of the operation, reduce the workload of thedesigners and the calculation error. This paper uses Pro/E of concrete pump truck boom integration analyses, between different software to reduce the data transfer between problems. At thesame time, the research method of this paper can provide similar productdevelopment research, and some for the reference of practical engineeringproblems to solve.
