| Objective:The purpose of this essay is to discuss intervention effects of using the prescription of boosting pregnancy chances of patient with kidney yin deficiency and blood deficiency by nourishing the kidney and blood based on retrospective studies of clinical cases and analyzing the data c p-HCG,P, E2when they first received treatment and compare those data with the data after patients received treatment for three months, patients who received treatment somewhere between three months and six months and more than six months and those who received no Chinese medicine treatment to find the influence of hormone on the next pregnancy, the relationship between the change of hormone levels and the length of medicine treatment to provide the relevant data for the treatment of spontaneous abortion by using the Chinese medicine.Method:The data collected are the124cases of patients with kidney yin deficiency and blood deficiency who had spontaneous abortion and sought medical treatment from2011February to February2014at Guan’anmen Chinese Medicine Hospital affiliated to China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences. All the patients had spontaneous abortion and their first time of visiting the doctor was within six weeks of pregnancy and they did not use hormone for fetus protection when they first visited the doctor. Among them,29patients used prescription of boosting pregnancy chances by nourishing the kidney and blood for less than three months before pregnancy,44used it between three and six months before pregnancy,29used it for more than six months before pregnancy and22who received no Chinese medicine treatment before pregnancy. By retrospective studies the writer analyses the difference of β-HCG. P、E2between the first, second, third group and the comparative group and makes a statistical analysis by spss21.0and tests it by two individual samples and K related samples tests and ANOVA test of the single factor of the times of spontaneous abortion.Findings:①after comparing the data of the four groups,we can draw the conclusion: there was no difference of β-HCG,E2, serum P between the three-month group and comparative group when they first received treatment after pregancy (P>0.05)②there was significant difference in serum P between the comparative group and the group who receive3-6month treatment (P<0.01) but there was no significant difference in(3-HCG,E2between the two groups (P>0.05)③There was significant difference in serum P between the more than six month group and the comparative group when they got pregnant again (P <0.01) but there was no significant difference in p-HCG,E2between the two groups (P>0.05).④when we compare the three-month group and3-6month group, there was no difference of β-HCG when they first received treatment after pregnancy(P>0.05)and there was significant difference in P and E2(P<0.01).⑤there was no significant difference of β-HCG (P>0.05) between the three month group and more than six month group when they received treatment after pregnancy but there was significant difference o f P between them (P<0.01).⑥there was no significant difference invβ-HCG,E2and P between the3-6month group and more than6month group.Conclusion:after analyzing the above results, it is proved that prescription of boosting pregnancy chances by nourishing the kidney and blood can effectively treatment patients with the history of spontaneous abortion by improving luteum insufficiency and promoting the secretion of early pregnancy hormones. It is also proven that there is relevance between the length of taking the medicine and the improvement of hormone levels. By retrospective studies, it shows that prescription of boosting pregnancy chances by nourishing the kidney and blood has been effective in treating patients with the history of spontaneous abortion and makes the fetus protection more likely to be successful. |
