| This paper focused on the research of Chinese Landscape Painting in the new period of China, from1949to the Cultural Revolution. It began with the political, economical and cultural background in the new period of China, to show the contemporary circumstance of Chinese Landscape Painting and, based on those features we can further analysis The New Landscape Painting and other representative works of Chinese Landscape Painting. The research consists of three parts:Part One:Research on the special living social background of The New Landscape Painting. Which including the research on the political and economical fundament, cultural status and group of artists, to declare the inside reason and deep meaning of Chinese Landscape Painting emerged, then making a preparation of research on The New Landscape Painting.Part Two:Research on the whole creative features in The New Landscape Painting. To adjust Chinese Landscape Painting suiting the development of the times, lots of artists marched series of probing in New Landscape Painting styles.
