Lan Gia Xi He, spread in Dai area and influenced by the famous Indian epic Luo Mo Yan Na, is an epic of Dai People.Lan Gia Xi He, is an important part of Dai culture, which inherits the essence of traditional literature of Dai People, contains the folktales, traditional culture and customs of Dai People and deposits the primal cultural conception and distinctive cultural features of Dai People. In the course of the spreading of Lan Gia Xi He, social environment of Dai People provides inner driving power to promote, improve and develop it.Lan Gia Xi He.satisfying the needs of all classes of Dai People, is the outcome of the development of the Dai society. In the Dai area, as a classic of Hinayana,Lan Gia Xi He, is regarded as a holy thing and spiritual belief by Dai People. LGXH embodies strong color of Buddhism.
