With the improvement of China’s international status, Chinese learning became an international trend. While in the traditional teaching Chinese as a foreign language, teachers often use fixed Chinese teaching materials to the students for cramming teaching. This not only makes students lack of learning interest, but also make the foreign Chinese teaching show the situation of low efficiency. So it is vital that how we stimulate students’interest in study became a crucial problem.In order to solve this problem, this paper will combine the increasingly and mature network in the21st century to the various teaching practice of application, focus on the basic theory of teaching Chinese as a foreign language practice by using the network technology and the effect of network in teaching Chinese as a foreign language model the construction of teaching Chinese as a foreign language model. Otherwise, the paper will analyze the whole teaching model from the following several aspects:the system planning, content design, the creation of language environment. Furthermore, the paper will discuss the detailed application of various practice activities in network technology, the last is drawn the conclusion that the network technology has been deeply influential on the plate development of teaching Chinese as a foreign language and effects on the practice application.The innovation of this paper is the author firstly combines the network model with the theory foundation of teaching as a foreign language, refining the teaching mode and improving the learning interests and enthusiasm of self-learning after class.The research prospect of application and theoretical meaning of this paper is:firstly, network technology has a strong impulsive on the teaching mode, and gives birth to the two different education modes of self-learning and assisted-learning, Secondly, the design of applying the network technology in the teaching Chinese as a foreign language has provided the novel teaching thinking for the teachers. Otherwise, it is beneficial for creating the situation, reaching the teaching task and meaning construction, platform development and also for overcome the defects of some traditional teaching modes and become the positive effect.
