The development of nation is close collection to its language and words. Language is the carrier of culture and nation, and the most important symbol of the national political, economic and cultural development. Speaking from the perspective of the developmen of mongolian’s society and history, its language and words have played a significant role in the nationality’s strengthening and the inheritance and promotion of its cultural traditions Nowadays, with the enforcing national autonomous policy and the national language application, the prospect is gloomy and the problems are serious, such as the narrow scope of application of Mongolian language, recession of language function and the declining of social status of Mongplian language and so on. these problems are common in all the fields of society, and the national education within the next generation and Mongolian language application have been taken an urgent attention to us.This thesis trace the current situation of Mongolian teaching in primary and middle schools, and the application of language usage in school teachers, students and students’ parents on the Jalaid banner of Xing an league in nearly ten years, after the investigation date from statistical analysis, we present the problem which exist in application of language, and analysis the causes of the problems, and then the method to solve the problems for a preliminary exploration.
