Since the new century, our country had a faster development of culture industry, in many cities and regions formed a category of cultural industry and even cultural industry area. Size and level of development of the cultural industry, have been become an important symbol of national and regional competitiveness level. Relying on the advantages of historical and cultural resources in Xi’an city, it occupies an important place of cultural industry development in Shaanxi Province, the culture industry of development has been showing a trend towards agglomeration and diffusion in inner city. This article makes Xi’an culture industry enterprises as the basic statistical unit, through the yellow pages, electronic map in Xi’an, and actual research won the1997,1999,2002,2005,2007,2009and2012in Xi’an city of culture industry enterprises of spatial property point data,51subdistrict offices (towns) for basic spatial of research units within the main city round-city Expressway. On the quantitative research of cultural industry agglomeration and diffusion process, exploring its spatial and temporal evolution, thereby optimizing the space layout of cultural industry, achieve leap-forward development of the cultural industry in Xi’an, is the aim of this article. Through research came to the following conclusions:First, through the analysis of the culture industry spatial agglomeration degree of temporal and spatial variations of the subdistrict offices in Xi’an city we can conclude that:(1) In time sequence, the street number of the culture industry different agglomeration level has changed a lot, the number in the strong agglomeration area and in the agglomeration area rose every year, it showed that description culture industry space agglomeration is further enhanced; and culture industry distribution of blank area in every year reduced, description culture industry space proliferation also in synchronization occurred.(2) In culture industry space agglomeration degree of regional changes, agglomeration area of distribution always performance out City South than North of situation, agglomeration degree significantly enhanced of street main is by Changan road by through of street or its on both sides of near of street composition, as Zhang home Fort, and beiguan, and self-improvement road; Qujiang Street Street uses policy advantage culture industry development more fast; however, new built town and Doumen Town culture industry development is slow, has been is culture industry distribution of blank area. Second, through the analysis of the culture industry of spatial diffusion capability degree of temporal and spatial variations of the subdistrict offices in Xi’an city we can conclude that:(1) For the culture industry space proliferation capacity of all streets, in time sequence, the street number of the different proliferation capacity level has changed a lot, very weak level street number declined every year; in the level street number rendering every year increment situation; strong level street number also has clearly rose but number less; very strong level street number changed a little and the number was decreased. Spatial diffusion of cultural industry on the capacity of regional changed, part of street culture diffusion capacity of industrial space greatly enhanced, such Zhang Jiabao, San Qiao, Bei Guan, Deng Jiapo, Changan road. However, some spatial diffusion of street culture industry capacity grew extremely slow, lie in an extremely weak level, such as the new built town, Liu Cunbao, Xi Wang, Wang Si Zhen, Dou Men Zhen, Hong Qi, Xin Jia Miao, Tan Jia, Ba Qiao Zhen and Yu Hua Zhai.(2) For Xi’an city spatial dispersal ability of time change of cultural industry as a whole, since1997, cultural diffusion index of industrial space in the growing, indicating that cultural diffusion capacity of industrial space in the growing, and enhanced margins showing gradual changes.Third, through the fan analysis method analysis of the cultural industries of spatial diffusion direction of temporal and spatial variations in Xi’an we can conclude that:(1) To bell tower as the source point, the cultural industry of spatial diffusion are significantly different in different stages:The1997-2002period, cultural industries leading direction of the proliferation of SW and S; the2002-2007period, SW and SWW was formed in the South side of the city centre, the proliferation of SSW-oriented direction of flying geese, were formed in the North of the city centre to n and NE for dominant direction of horn on proliferation; the2007-2012period, diffusion of cultural industry leading direction into NWW, W and SWW; the1997-2012period, cultural industries leading diffusion direction is SW and NWW, while n also tend to exhibit a horn spread of relative direction.(2)Different time and spatial diffusion of cultural industry rate type change significantly:Lagged diffusion, concentrated in June and1997-2002slots; slow diffusion, distribution of the period, except for the1997-2002period at least. Medium speed diffusion, concentrated in the2007-2012period, up to10seats for the rapid diffusion, concentrated in June and2007-2012in two slots; rapid diffusion type, only the NWW and two SW locations exists throughout the study period, that still in the rising stage of cultural industry development in Xi’an.Fourth, use the ring system analysis, through the analysis of the characteristics of spatial circle distribution of the cultural industries in Xi’an City we can conclude that:(1) The layers characteristics change of cultural industries as a whole, the duration of the circle Enterprise density showing a growing situation of cultural industry, Cultural industry enterprises in the City Center3.5km density increased significantly each year Enterprise maximum density and maximum density change enterprise appears in the city centre, gathering each year enhance cultural industries to the city center, at the same time showing a marked proliferation trends.(2) Cultural industries within the circle of industry characteristics:The press publication industry, and the radio, film and television industry, and the cultural performance industry, and the cultural relics and cultural protection industry, and the cultural entertainment, and the cultural tourism industry, and the advertising industry are different degree of performance out to downtown or downtown near regional agglomeration of situation, and as time of changes this trend increasingly obviously; but in spatial diffusion several large industry between of differences obviously, which the culture entertainment, and the culture tourism, and the advertising industry of spatial diffusion most significantly, the press publication industry of spatial diffusion also comparison obviously; the radio, film and television industry, and the cultural performance industry, and the cultural relics and cultural protection industry of spatial diffusion are not clear.Fifth, space-time correlation characteristics of cultural industry development in Xi’an, and on the time-scale and spatial scales exhibit a different variation. On the time scale, temporal and spatial correlation decrease with increasing time interval, but the correlation coefficient has been larger, about the impact of shorter time-scale change on temporal and spatial correlation is not obvious. On the spatial scale, from the city centre within a certain space, temporal and spatial correlation is obvious, showing spatial and temporal correlation with the increase in distance between adjacent regions began to decrease, adjacent distance declined more significantly, in the space-time correlation of culture industry development there is a clear spatial scale characteristics.
