Study On The Influencing Factors Of Cultural Industry Agglomeration In China From The Perspective Of Spatial Spillover

Cultural industry agglomeration is a kind of high-efficient production organization form which can reduce the production cost,improve the utilization efficiency of factors of production,help enterprises realize the external economy,get the scale remuneration and realize the cooperation and mutual benefit among enterprises.its emergence and development are not only the inevitable process of its own development to a certain degree,but also the actual situation that China's future economic development planning should meet the requirements of comprehensive and coordinated economic development.The development of China's cultural industry has shown a more significant spillover effect.In the current situation,the previous research idea of exploring the cultural industry agglomeration in China based on a single region,regardless of the linkage between multiple regions,can no longer comprehensively and systematically explore the cultural industry agglomeration in China,and the existing research literature on the cultural industry agglomeration situation seldom adopts the methods of spatial measurement and the like.In view of the above situation,based on the theory of industrial agglomeration,this article sets up spatial matrix and data indicators,and uses the methods of spatial economic measurement and partial differential analysis to study the cultural industry agglomeration of 31 provinces and regions in China except hong kong,Macao and Taiwan from 2004 to 2015.The study found that under different types of matrices,the regional economy,high-quality laborers and policy support have obvious positive impacts,which indicates that the regional economy,human resources and policy support in a certain region can promote the growth of local cultural industries,and at the same time promote the development of foreign regional cultural industries and other industries.The sharply rising urbanization level,the shortage of regional funds,the insufficient development of cultural resources and the unstable level of cultural consumption have negative spillover effects on the cultural industry agglomeration,which shows that the currenturbanization level,regional capital situation,cultural resources and cultural consumption level limit the development of cultural industries to some extent.Scientific and technological level has negative spillover effect under adjacency matrix,but positive spillover effect under economic matrix,which shows that scientific and technological level is unstable under different matrix levels.The main reason of negative spillover effect is that the rapid expansion of cities and towns has reduced the proportion of cultural industry output value in the total urban regional output value and the proportion of cultural industry employment in the total labor population.The demand for capital,cultural resources,cultural consumption and other factors in the process of cultural industry agglomeration is greater than the current supply of these factors.According to the results of empirical research,in order to transform the negative externality of cultural industries into positive externality to the greatest extent,we should strengthen regional economic construction and reasonable urbanization construction.To co-ordinate regional development and strengthen regional linkage;Increase the contingent of human resources in cultural industries,and drive the construction of cultural resources with the construction of human resources;Put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects,such as increasing investment in science and technology and breaking the technological monopoly.
