This paper thinks,for with a long history of China,traditional culture is a tremendous resource.Chinese women traditional costume culture is the traditional Chinese thought and culture representation appear,is rich in emotional elements and national essence,is the ancestors of the Chinese nation in different periods of art style,is precious cultural heritage of our country.And with its unique charm,provided the inspiration and many methods of creative design for China’s animation creation,animation image-design has become one of the creation element is the best. Women in our country animation role clothing design should be accompanied with the development and change of China’s animation development process.The cartoon clothing as a carrier of culture,spirit of traditional culture in the absorption at the same time,the natural and cultural heritage but also shoulder the responsibility.According to this study,aiming at the development status of foreign cartoon culture break in in full fury,China’s animation culture is the collective plagiarism,especially the design of character costumes is even more so,it is a realistic problem existing in our country and arduous task facing.The author calls for a return to the national consciousness,seek the Chinese traditional culture in the animation design field to develop way,that combines the design of traditional Chinese women national costumes and the Chinese animation design,create the unique characteristics of Chinese national image and visual culture,value is the mission of our contemporary art designer.The Chinese women traditional costume art in animation character design in the use of the topic for discussion and research,analysis of the status of women in China the cartoon clothing design and the problems,from the traditional and modern design combining perspective,through the use of domestic and foreign excellent works of art of traditional ethnic costumes role of women demonstrates the importance,necessity and inevitability of the design of women traditional ethnic costumes in the anime,fusion rules of design and animation role clothing women traditional costume culture,discusses how to draw the essence from traditional women national costume,design the image of modern animation role has the national culture.This paper is based on the theory of national costume design,to the cartoon clothing design women image as the carrier,put forward suggestions for the development of Chinese animation with Chinese elements.Through the study of traditional national women clothing colors,patterns,lines,etc.,combined with a typical case of animation role of women apparel design,to conduct the research on the inheritance and innovation off e male costume in the cartoon clothing design.The author also proposes to create design elements with Chinese wind and sense of the times in the anime character design,to the traditional women clothing design into the modern cultural connotation,so that women traditional costume design radiate new vitality.This paper is due to the attention off e male costumes used in the animation role,will ultimately contribute to China’s animation culture product in creasing the added value,promote the benign development of animation culture industry.
