The "Strike the Table in Surprise" edited by the Ming Dynasty writer Ling Mengchu (here in after referred to as the "Chu Ke") and "the Second Moment of Surprises"(here in after referred to as the "Er Ke") is the first true sense collection of short stories in colloquialism created by literati independently in the history of our country. The author of the novels take chores of new hearing in the ancient and modern, things that help to harmonic, evolve and narrate them, thus creating a series of vivid literary images, show their complex and rich state of mind, as well as paint a vivid picture of public morals in late Ming dynasty, sentences is short but connotation is rich, articles is short but time is long. In late Ming period, the commercial economy development rapidly, the commercial culture and Chinese ancient traditional culture blend and penetration each other, providing the appropriate culture conditions for the best-selling and popular of "Er Pai". Complying with the reading demand of marketplace fine people and emerging businessmen class, there are more than a third of the contents made businessmen or business activities as the main storyline, the words are popular and fluent, the plot ups and downs, the novels also deeply contains many facets of the commercial culture of late Ming dynasty.In "Er Pai" a total of78articles (including "Chu Ke"40papers,"Er Ke"38papers), I focus on selecting involving business activities contents as the research object of this article. I based on business activities and businessmen behavior described in these novels, analysis the unique commercial culture phenomenon of late Ming dynasty in detail, try to show real development in commercial culture, the problems existing in the development and its art impact on "Er Pai". This paper make the commercial cultural phenomenon reflected in "Er Pai" as the starting point, to reveal the spiritual content of the commercial culture in late Ming dynasty and the commercial culture of new features in it, at the same time discuss the interactive relationship between the novels and it, to achieve the effect that from one small clue one can see what is coming and have a restricted view of something. Concrete from the following aspects:Introduction, mainly introduces the research status of academia on business culture problem, the research contents in this paper, research value and significance in theory and research ideas and methods, etc. And focus on defining the concepts of business-related contents and commercial culture.The first chapter, mainly analyze "Er Pai" the political background of the commercial culture, commercial economic development level and the ideology condition in the late Ming dynasty. Based on the background above, combined with the detailed description about the commercial phenomenon in the novel, focuses on businessmen images of different commercial culture connotation in business-related Contents of "Er Pai".The second chapter according to the history development of our country’s commercial culture, mainly discusses new features of commercial phenomenon different from the past reflected by business-related Contents of "Er Pai", discusses in details from the two aspects of highlight merchants awareness and mode of operation.The third chapter, mainly analyzes business-related contents of "Er Pai" interact with commercial culture phenomenon of late Ming dynasty, deeply discuss how commercial culture of late Ming dynasty subvert and permeate the merchants of "Er Pai" in the moral concept, in turn, how business-related contents of "Er Pai" inherit and develop commercial culture of the late Ming dynasty, and comprehensive analysis of the art sparks produced by the two influence each other.The epilogue part added further expounds the connotation of commercial culture trait, the important position of "Er Pai", and the significance of its business-related contents in reflecting the late Ming dynasty commercial cultural landscape, finally draw the conclusion:the late Ming dynasty business culture is a kind of special cultural type that mutual opposite and permeate with Chinese traditional farming culture, its art sparks which produced by combining with Confucian ethics thought are reflected incisively and vividly in business-related contents of "Er Pai". There are many new initiatives among the merchants, it distinctive should cause the wider attention of academic circles. For the commercial culture phenomenon in business-related contents of "Er Pai", we must break the boundaries between disciplines, research deeply and in detail from the micro Angle, to dig a lot of new commercial culture highlight, which can not only help later generations understand commercial culture development of late Ming dynasty, but also rich in today’s commercial culture connotation.
