Three Kingdoms, Jin, Northern and Southern dynasties is a special period inChinese history. Although the war is frequent; social contradictions is sharp; ideologyis active; national amalgamation is rising. Especially, the art of this period, it alsopresents a variety of appearance.In this article, the lacquer wood colored painting ofThree Kingdoms, Jin, Northern and Southern dynasties is taken as the research object.It combings through the relevant presentation and archaeological information; and theacademic circles in recent years expounds three issues on the discussion and researchof the lacquer wood colored painting.Chapter One is a reflection of the problem which exchanges the Chinese andWestern in the lacquer painting, from four classic themes referred to the BanquetPicture, Hunting Figure, Bodhisattva, Decoration Pattern. At the same time, itcombines with the national culture, geography, foreign exchange, the cause of thestyle of lacquer painting in the western regions which is summarized and reviewed.Chapter Two is a reflection of the interactive problem of North and South in thelacquer painting. It presents the relevant academic research results in series. ChapterThree is a reflection of Han Dynasty Tradition and Sinicization problem in the lacquerpainting, from two ways referred to the theme and drawing. It analyzes concretelythese themes which are filial piety, the Carriages and Hoarsening on a Journey, WestQueen, East Duke, historical story and so on.
