Teaching Chinese As A Foreign Single Characters Teaching

This article is based on the particularity of Chinese characters structure and the importance of single-element character teaching,adopting the research method of combining theory and practice of the single-element character teaching of foreign Chinese character teaching, designed to provide certain help for the current foreign Chinese character teaching. The article discussed from four aspects:The first is the introduction, briefly introduce the cause for this single-element character teaching research, the current academic circles about single-element character research status and research methods and significance of this article;Secondly discusses the theoretical basis of this article and analysis the questionnaire of the students’Chinese characters learning situation, to clarify the importance of the single-element character teaching in the foreign Chinese character teaching;Again, single-element character teaching can be divided into two kinds of teaching situation, as one Chinese character or as a part of one Chinese character.and puts forward the specific methods of teaching. Then illustrates some classroom activities may be used in the class time;The final part give some examples and analysis of single-element character teaching curriculum design.The author thinks that single-element character is the bridge between simple,complex strokes and the whole Chinese character, learning single-element character can raise students’interest in learning Chinese characters, also can improve the accuracy of students’ reading and writing. We need to attach importance to single-element character teaching, and using multiple effective method for single-element character teaching.
