Research On Stress Management On Sergeants Of The Municipal Internal Security Force

As the main part of army,sergeants play an important role with respect to the army construction.More importantly,sergeants are the back power to put the work into practice and strength the fighting capacity of our army.Due to the particularity of the army tasks and the sealing of the working environment,which leads to great working,physical and psychological stresses on sergeants,it is import to do some researches on stress management in the field of military human resource management.In addition,this research is the important and difficult points in promoting the reform of sergeants system.In this paper,the Jiangxi Armed Police Corps detachment sergeant X is selected as the research subject.By introducing the relevant theories of stress management and through interviews and questionnaire,this paper carries out the statistical analysis,correlation analysis,variance analysis in four dimensions-stress level,stress source,stress representation and stress policy.Moreover,this paper also explores whether sergeants show significant differences on stress level with respect to the task and post,political affiliation,age,rank,educational level,marital status,before joining the residence,whether the only child.Self-assessment test yields the average sergeants stress level is 71.02,which indicates that sergeants feel more stress.Based on empirical analysis and combined with the theories of X,this paper analyses the armed police detachment sergeants stress source from three aspects of "organization,society and individual".According to results of analysis of the questionnaire and practice of the armed forces management experience,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the management of sergeants from three aspects of "organization,society and individual ".As for the aspect of organization,it is suggested reforming in management mode,cultural life,promotion mechanism,psychological services.When it comes to the aspect of society,improvements in the sense of military honor,resettlement and remuneration should be carried out.At last,from the individual aspect,adjustments of dealing with work,stress mode,interpersonal relationship,view of marriage and love and family are suggested.
