A Study On The Evaluation Of The Construction Of Party Conduct And Anti-corruption In Universities

The constrction of Party conduct and anti-corruption in universities is an important practice ofpreventing and fighting against corruption effectively, which can guarantee the sounddevelopment of universities. For a long time, the studies in this area are mainly quanlitativeresearch, which focus on the general judgement and analysis of it in a certain time and space,though it is of great significance in theory and practice to a great extent, it rarely offers feasiblemeans and tools of preventing and fighting against corruption. As an important part ofstrengthening the constrction of Party conduct and anti-corruption, the evaluation of which playsan important role in the constrction of Party conduct and anti-corruption. However, at present thestudies in this field haven’t been attached much importance in academics with few achievements.So the research in this field is extremely timely and necessary. This study, based oncomprehensive analysis and presentation of relevant theory of the evaluation of the constrction ofParty conduct and anti-corruption, taking the reality as its background, aims to find out theconnotation, functions and principles of the evaluation of the constrction of Party conduct andanti-corruption in universities. This study also explores the construction of indicator system of theevaluation of the constrction of Party conduct and anti-corruption by its definition and dissertationto realize the guidance to the practice of constrction of Party conduct and anti-corruption. Bothqualitative and quantitative methods should be employed in relevant studies to gain a morecomprehensive evaluation and exact and scientific cognition. Thorough interpretation of powerand appraising of sthrenthens and weakness, essential measures to typical issues and effectivelyprevention of the corruption could be realized by the evaluation, besides, it can offers scientificnorms and measurement to the judgement of the constrction of Party conduct and anti-corruptionin universities and finally the basis for more practices will be providedThis thesis are mainly divided into five sections: The first chapter mainly introduces thebackground, significance, present situation, ideas and methods of this study. Chapter twoprimarily elaborates the definition, present situation, extreme significance and urgency ofconstrction of Party conduct and anti-corruption in universities. Chapter three introduces thetheories of the evaluation of the constrction of Party conduct and anti-corruption concerning themeaning, characteristics, functions and principles. As the key chapter of this thesis, chapter fourconstructs the indicator system the evaluation of the constrction of Party conduct andanti-corruption by a clear understading of its aim, indicator and weight. Chapter five mainlyexplores the concrete process of implemnetation of the evaluation of the constrction of Partyconduct and anti-corruption in universities.
