Build Long-term Mechanism To Excel Research

"Excel in performance" is one of the most significant projects for the communist party of China to achieve its pursuit of advance and excellence in the new era. It is the pioneer energy for realizing the "china’s dream". The key to keep this power alive freshly and eternally is to build a long-acting mechanisms of "excel in performance" actively and completely. This will be beneficial for the realization of the normalized development of "excel in performance" and reaching the goal of the party’s progressiveness construction. Meanwhile, it will also be beneficial for the improvement of CCP’s scientific constructional level.This article will place the "excel in performance" in the historical process of the development and maintenance of the party’s progressiveness. This paper is divided into three parts, and the specific contents are summarized as follows:The first part of this paper is the overview of the long-acting mechanisms of "excel in performance".
