Sino-Pakistan relationship has always been a good pattern in the neighborhood. When the two countries first established their formal diplomatic relations in May1951, China and Pakistan have comprehensively developed their mutual respect and trust for each other. Meanwhile, the two countries also give their support on many certain diplomatic affairs in political, economic, scientific, technological, cultural subjects. This solid and stable-all-time bilateral relationship has withstood the test of every challenge in the ever-changing world with the help of efforts made by both sides. However, the almost-alliance relationship is still been deeply influenced in the new era, and inevitable to evolve. The impacts on the stabilization of the region that across the Chinese border with Pakistan mainly come from another neighbor country India, and the U.S who is eagerly to strengthen the hegemonic position and reshape the order in the region by excusing the so called " back to the Asia-Pacific" strategy. At the same time, the "three strands of evil force", say, the terrorism, extreme socialist and separatism that under globalized trend have imposed the larger risk for the national security, which to some extent, hindered the deeper cooperation in economy and trade. In conclusion, there exist a strong practical significance on the subjects of economy, politics and security for both the two countries in carrying out the Sino-Pakistani military cooperation. The functionalism-constructism analysis method is mainly employed in the study, to analyse the bilateral military cooperation, which mainly aims at researching the history of this type of cooperation so that leads to new thoughts on the process. Combined with quasi-alliance theory, the article is to construct new security concept for cooperation, in order to break the limitations of the traditional cooperation-pattern-thinking, and finally, to benefit China and the South Asia by applying this new aspect of security to the safer region.
