Dilemma Ethnic Areas Public Services Research And Strategies

Provision of public service capacity of a country or region has important significance to the economy, culture, regional political and the whole country. The comprehensive quality, efficiency and the scope of public service providing has a big impact to the prosperous of economy and polity, people live and work in peace, even the healthy development of political parties. In recent years, the development of public service and the construction of service government is becoming an important hot spot of society from central to local. As a multi-ethnic country, the politics of ethnic minority area and the level of economic development have a direct influence on the sustained, stable and rapid development of the national economy. With the rapid growth of China’s economy, the communication and collaboration between different regions is becoming more and more inseparable. The expansion of economic development makes it gradually expanded from developed areas to developing areas. A large amount of human resources, material resources, and financial resources spread from developed areas to developing regions. One of the important factors affecting is the quality and efficiency of public service supply capacity.The research is from the start of prominent problem of the supply to public service in ethnic minority regions of China currently. Attempts to research through the case study method, combined with the related investigation analysis, making a summary to influence factors on the quality and efficiency of the supply of public service in minority areas. Combine with the advanced experience at home and abroad about public service (especially the national district public service supply), as well as my three years of study, according to the specific case---the research to special status of Wulate Zhongqi in Inner Mongolia. Strive to combine the theory of public service supply in minority areas with specific practice, and make some suggestions to the supply of public service in minority areas on this basis. Hoping through the analysis of factors of supply of public service in ethnic minority areas, more in-depth research on innovation, and take it to research provides theoretical support for the construction of public service in minority areas. In order to promote the economic development of ethnic areas, enhance the overall status of minority areas, and achieve prosperity and development of these regions make some contribution.
