Study On The Difficulties And Countermeasures Of Minority Public Service Supply In S County Of Henan Province

In the 40 years of reform and opening up,China's development has entered a new historical period.Economic and social development has entered a new normal,and major social contradictions have undergone profound changes.The contradiction between the people's growing need for a better life and inadequate development imbalance has become a major social contradiction.After 40 years of arduous struggle,China's economic and social development has achieved brilliant achievements,and the people's living standards have been greatly improved.The people's growing and better life needs new changes to the government's public services,and has put forward new requirements and brought new challenges.Due to historical reasons and differences in geographical endowments of natural resources,the economic development in various regions of China,especially in the eastern,central and western regions,is uneven.There is a gap between the income scale of each region and the financial resources of local governments,which greatly affects the public services provided by various regional governments.The ability to lead to the contradiction between public service supply and demand,the public service supply as a whole lags behind the demand for public services,especially in the economically underdeveloped scattered ethnic minority areas,the allocation of public service resources is inefficient,structural imbalances and other issues,resulting in social non-Increased stability factors pose a threat to the healthy development of the economy and society,and even affect national unity and social harmony.It is particularly urgent and important to study the status quo and dilemma of the supply of minority public services in local governments in China,to find out the way to solve the dilemma,to help the government of scattered ethnic minority areas to provide better public services,and to speed up the construction of a service-oriented government.On the basis of learning from the existing research,the article interprets the related concepts and connotations of government public services from the perspective of theory and practice,and uses the literature research method,interview method and case analysis method todistribute the minority in the central region.The status quo of national public service was studied.The local government found problems in the supply of minority public services,and proposed feasible countermeasures to contribute to the promotion of local national unity and progress and social stability.
