Study On The Effective Supply Of Public Services For Ethnic Minority Floating Population In Wuhan

As ethnic minority floating population,national symbols and floating characteristics determine their survival and development and service management issues should be highly valued by the public sector.This is a test of the local government's ability to govern society.It also highlights the respect of the rights of the minority in the modern political system.From the reality,the local government in order to pursue management performance and social stability,and adopt a model of heavy control and light service for minority migrants.The actual effect is not satisfactory.Simple and direct management methods have intensified the opposition between the ethnic minority floating population and the city government,which have produced adverse social influences.This paper discusses the specific connotation,theoretical basis,value orientation and main content of the effective supply of public services for ethnic minority migrants.It relatively fully proposes the basic structure and implementation path of the effective supply of public services for ethnic minority migrants.At the same time,it also reflects the actual needs and future direction of grassroots social governance innovation under the background of major social contradictions.Through the empirical investigation in Wuhan,it is found that the effective supply of public services for ethnic minority migrants has achieved remarkable results.But there are also problems.In the process of public service provision,there is a lack of communication between public service resource supply and group demand,public service function positioning and effective supply mismatch,public service appeal expression and demand identification are incompatible,and public service overall investment is not consistent with actual effect.Due to the backwardness of public service supply concept,single supply subject,lack of awareness of demand identification and lack of collaborative supply mechanism,the paper puts forward suggestions for the effective supply of public services for minority migrants in Wuhan.Supply should be systematically improved from the three dimensions of public service concepts and ideas,systems and mechanisms,forms and content.It is hoped that through the study of the effective supply of public services for ethnic minority migrants,we can see the micro-intelligence,the small and the big,and provide ideas for the current social governance innovation path and law,and play a certain reference value for the improvement of public service for ethnic minority migrants in Wuhan.
