Analysis Of The Financial Management Of The Municipal Federation Of Trade Unions

In2003, the All-China Federation of Trade Union has proposed a reform for the Labor Union Expenditure. This reform has not only broadened the collection path of the union funds, but also improved the efficiency of the collection of the union funds.The measures provided material security for trade unions’work and activities and effectively promoted the formation of the union work, expanding trade unions. In2010, the Ministry of Finance modified the Union Accounting System promulgated by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions in1998and developed a new version of "union accounting system". After that, the Ministry of Finance accordingly formulated a "trade union of old and new accounting system processing requirements on the problem of convergence". The new accounting system better reflected the budget and the final cost of union funds. Lacking of professional management personnel and advanced management ideas, even if there are sufficient funds and advanced accounting system, the Union also appeared some management problems, such as idle funds, lack of supervision. Therefore, the idea of modern financial management of union funds management is essential.Taking the Yibin City Federation of Trade Unions as an example, the paper analyzes the status of union financial management and proposes the corresponding countermeasures. The main content of this paper:firstly, the paper analyses the current situation of the financial management of Yibin City Federation of Trade Unions; secondly, the paper analyzes the existing problems in the financial management of Yibin City Federation of Trade Unions; thirdly, according to the specific data analysis,the paper points out the inefficiency of Yibin City Federation of Trade Unions, and suggests that the Yibin City Federation of Trade Unions reuse of idle funds through investment; four, according to the characteristics of each investment, the paper suggests some suitable investments for the Yibin City Federation of Trade Unions; finally, the paper put forward a proposal to improve the financial management system of the Yibin City Federation of Trade Unions.
