Muslim Brotherhood was founded by Hasan Banan in March1928in Egypt Ismael City. It is the oldest, largest organization having crucial affect on religion, politic and society aspect in Egypt in the20th century, to recover the Islamic fundamentalism in the Islamic world. In January2011, Muhammed Hosni Mubarak was forced to step down the power because of "Arab Spring". Muslim Brotherhood established a legal political party named "Freedom and Justice Party". This party took the advantage of its political influence and social infrastructure to win the parliamentary elections and presidential election. It is really tough for Muslim Brotherhood to grow up within the past84years. The theme of this thesis is to try to discuss how it is possible for Muslim Brotherhood to be succeed in rising to authority by means of democratic election within such a strong sense of religion realm.This thesis collated and summarized Muslim Brotherhood how to adjustment its political strategies, religious thoughts in the different era of Egypt based on the changes of the domestic and international situation in Egypt. Predict the future development of the Muslim Brotherhood based on more comprehensive, objective and accurate understanding of Muslim Brotherhood. This thesis reflects the rise of the Muslim Brotherhood leading a reason of political force changing in this region. Middle East political landscape and world power in the region’s political influence remodeling by traditional Islamic political forces rise, and made the regional hotspot issues towards changing. The evolution of the Muslim Brotherhood is not only an actual case of religious and political parties arising, but also shows an important role in the political life and social life as a religious party in the Middle East.
