AutonomousCounty of China’s government is one of the important administrative unit systems. Leading cadre is the backbone of the science and development of AutonomousCounty. The ability of decision-making and coordination is important to leading cadre in day-to-day work activity, and this ability also becomes one of important parameters to test leading cadre’s comprehensive quality. As to the theory of development of current region of country national public administrative, the research of the ability of decision-making and coordination of leading cadre in autonomous county is still far behind. In reality, some decision-making coordination failure events appear ceaselessly in autonomous counties which seriously affected the normal development of the region. This is partly due to the defects and imperfections of leading cadre Decision-Coordination Mechanism. Require of practice and theory is putting forward. Based on this, this paper stands on the system dimensions:by careful investigation and reorganization of complex process of the macro evolution of leading cadre’s decision-making and coordination ability in autonomous county, to preliminary induct and evaluate the leading cadre’s Decision-Coordination Mechanism in autonomous county form "four" mode undertakes. By relying on the empirical case and the first hand materials for the foundation, it took a further demonstrate and deeper analysis of realistic political ecology of leading cadre’s decision-making coordination in autonomous county. Also it put forward some trend about measures and suggestions on leading cadre’s decision-making coordination in autonomous county.This paper focuses on leading cadre’s decision-making and coordination mechanism in autonomous county, from four aspects of "Decision Coordination Mechanism"," the pattern and evaluation of leading cadre’s decision-making and coordination in autonomous county "," empirical investigation of leading cadre’s decision-making and coordination of L autonomous county of Guangxi","construction of leading cadres of the decision-making and coordination mechanism route in autonomous county " to apply the demonstration by using literature analysis, empirical research and qualitative analysis and other research methods author. Except for introduction and conclusion, the body consists of four chapters.The innovations of this paper:one is to expand the scope of public administration research in minority areas, enriching the study of related materials of leading cadre’s decision-making and coordination in autonomous county; The other is a better understanding of the politics of ethnic minority area ecological cognition. Through empirical investigation, collecting the first-hand informative data, qualitative and quantitative analysis, it better shows national political affiliation in areas. There are three deficiencies of this paper. The first one is the research field needs to be further improved; Second one is the research methods need to be further diversified; Last, the acquisition of data needs to be comprehensive and further detailed.This paper argues that under the new situation, driving system, perfecting structure, reasonable pluralism participation, responsibility oriented decision coordination mechanism are the objective requirements to improve the national administrative management system and enhance the management level of ethical region society. To construct the leading cadre decision-making and coordination mechanism in autonomous county must follow the basic rule of modern decision theory, the macroscopic background of rational survey of modern public decision-making and the trend of development. Accurately holding the dual character and growth path of leading cadres in autonomous county of our country, so as it can explore a suitable characteristics road for leading cadre’s decision-making and coordination in autonomous county.
