Research On Our Government Credibility Construction From The Supervision By Network Consensus Perspective

Supervision by network consensus is a new concept, which emerges with theapplication of computer technology and wide use of the Internet. It is becoming animportant avenue to citizens’ participation in political affairs. With the continuousdevelopment of network, Network media rapidly rise, citizen’s awareness, thenetwork consensus has generally came into blossom and liven up on the Internet,which also influenced on the reality of political life and social life profoundly.Supervision by network consensus plays an important part in supervisinggovernment’s action and restricting the government power is too centralized, whichplays a role in pushing the improvement of the government credibility. And based onthat, It has a double meaning which include theoretical and practical, to research ourgovernment credibility construction from the supervision by network consensusperspectives.In this paper, putting forward that supervision by network consensus under thenew situation is an important means of building our government’s credibility,showing that the relationship between the supervision by network consensus and ourgovernment’s credibility construction, on the basis of expatiating upon the relevanttheories and research status of government’s credibility and the supervision by networkconsensus, which is a theoretical basis. Then This paper deeply analyses that thedeclining of the government’s credibility in recent years, from the Angle of view ofthe network supervision by public opinion, and further reviewed the fact thatgovernment’s credibility of socialist nation in the history cannot develop in isolationfrom supervision by public opinion.It points out that our country which enters a newperiod of our country must actively summarize experience and lessons, seize a goodopportunity will be provided by the era, make good use of new media------network,promoting the construction of socialist public opinion supervision, improving thegovernment credibility.This is the practice foundation. At last, on the basis of thetheory and practice, put forward countermeasures that promoting the role of thesupervision by network consensus in the construction of our government credibility, which through the four levels, include creating a lenient harmonious environment ofpublic opinion, strengthening institutional construction,,cultivating network culture,drawing on the experiences of foreign countries.
