Since1994since the birth of network advertising, advertising develops rapidly,become traditional media, new media, however, false advertising on the Internet isbanned repeatedly more than, restricts our country network advertising industry’shealthy development. The present research situation, research focused on falseadvertising on the Internet with the definition and law enforcement, to separate thedevelopment of Internet advertising legislation relatively little research.
