As school-enterprise cooperation in research and development can make full use ofthe advantages of the enterprises and universities to improve the efficiency of innovation,it’s becoming more and more important nowadays. But because of some reasons likedifferent cooperation motives, there are kinds of risks which will affect the cooperation.Among them, intellectual property risk is the most important. So it’s very important todiscuss the influencing factors and the way to risk prevention.First of all, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the intellectual propertyrisks. The factors are divided into four kinds: external factors, partner factors,cooperative technical factors and cooperation agreement factors. And then, the fourfactors include17second factors. Next, it analyzes the intellectual property risks inschool-enterprise cooperation using Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP). AT last,the conclusions are as followed:(1)Overall, the probability of the risk occurring is at avery high level. The partner factors、cooperative technical factors and cooperationagreement factors share a high risk, and the level of external factors risk is general.(2)The order of importance of the four factors in criteria layer is partner factors,cooperative technical factors, cooperation agreement factors and external factors.(3)Theorder of importance of the four factors in index layer is the realizability of the technology,degree of credibility of the enterprise, Cooperation motives, Economic strength, thereasonableness of the risk-sharing, intellectual property management status, uncertaintyof the technical prospects, the reasonableness of the distribution of benefits, relevantlegislation and policies, intellectual property retrieval of background technology, thecooperative technical assessment, completeness of the cooperation agreements, technicalstrength, turnover frequency of the employee, cooperation experiences with universities,market intellectual property risk index and communication and oversight mechanismsbetween the partners.
