A Study On The Netmediated Public Sentiment From Public Policy Perspective

Net-mediated public sentiment throughout the whole process of public policy.Net-mediated public sentiment as a new thing, on the one hand, it provides a basic methodfor the government democratic, scientific and rational decision-making.It also makes anew way for the public to express their interest demands and supervise the use of publicpower. On the other hand, some non-rational and extremized net-mediated publicsentiment and different levels of information begin to spread, affecting the credibility ofthe government and misleading the public policy making. Therefore, how to work with it,to maintain the correct guidance of public opinion, and promote the healthy developmentof net-mediated public sentiment has become the focus of this research.The issue bases on public policy perspective,according to the basic content ofnet-mediated public sentiment, traits, and its relationship with the interaction betweenpublic policy as one starting point, analyzing the double impacts of the net-mediatedpublic sengtiment of public policy.Public policy based on government horizon governancenet-mediated public sentiment mading a theoretical analysis of public opinion.And have afuther analysis of our current government in the governance problems and reasons existingin the net-mediated public sentiment. Paper focuses on the stage of China’s governanceproblems in the net-mediated public sentiment, that the government shoule be under theguidance of good governance and service concept to ensure freedom of publicopinion.Understanding public sentiment from the public people and to better serving them.On this basis, we propose a relatively and detailed theoretical framework and the reality ofgovernance path.,that is, by changing the concept of governance, acceleratinge-government construction, improving the legal environment of net-mediated publicsentiment how to influent public policy approaches and validation.And combining various social forces to promote the harmonious development of societypolitical landscape.This paper adopts the methods of literature research, case studies,interdisciplinaryresearch to study the management net-mediated public sentiment.And it proposes several innovative ideas: First, the government net-mediated public sentiment governance workshould take good governance and the service concept as a guide.
