Network Group Events And Government Response

With the rapid development and popularity of the network, the way of people’s thinking, lifestyle, communication has changed. Some regulations of the law need to be changed. In the recent years, network mass incidents, happen more frequently. It spreads fast, wide covering. And it has positive and negative effects on society. Good impact is that people have the right to attend national management. Bad impact is that it can be evolved into reality group incidents, some local government has lagging ideas and skills in the aspect of public management.it is easy to develop into mass incidents, if the government deal with it in a improper way.because of network group events appears in the latest years in our country, the Government has not found the strategies and methods in dealing with the network mass incidents,. From the perspective of public management, we need to make more research to network mass incidents.This paper analyzes some important cases of the network group event, as well as the concepts, reasons, characteristics of network group events. Combined with modern social conflict theory, public governance theory, political participation theory and public crisis management theory, this paper try analyzing network mass incidents caused by the rapid development of network in multidisciplinary view, and offer some advices in government response. I hope it can provide some references and help for the relevant decision-making and the development of social stability.
