Asan important content of urban and rural harmonious, the new rural community constructionbecome one of the important work of the government. We put forward the new ruralcommunity construction under the special social background in China. Because it is a newresearch topic, so the new rural community construction is in exploration in our country. Thenew rural community public service system construction is an important indicator of the newrural community construction,and it represents the development of the community to a certainextent.
