Research On Construction Of The Ability Of Participation In Politics About China Association For Promoting Democracy Baoding Committee

China Association for promoting democracy is one of China’s eight democratic parties, theBaoding municipal Party committee is a Chinese democracy promotion association that wasestablished earlier local organizations, and which is one of the six democratic parties inBaoding city. As participating parties, its basic function is to participate in government andpolitical affairs. Participation in politics is the political accountability, is the general work ofthe party, is thorough, contact with the masses, to know the society, for the construction of aharmonious socialist China informed and effective way of the main channel. China Baodingmunicipal Party committee since its inception has always attached great importance to workin politics, tightly around the hot, difficult problems of the broad masses of the peopleconcerned, carry out thorough investigations and studies, and actively offer advice andsuggestions. However, affected by various factors, the Baoding municipal government oftenfaces some problems in the political participation, seriously study the party will participate incapacity building, in order to better solve the problem better play to their functions, and makea greater contribution to the building of a harmonious Baoding. At the same time, study of theBaoding Municipal Committee of the political ability construction, is in order to promote thelocal organization’s ability to perform their duties, and to promote the Baoding City, theconstruction of democratic parties.Firstly, this paper reviews the development and the current status of the organization ofChina Association for the promotion of democracy, and on which foundation the paperintroduces the development and the organization of the Baoding Municipal Committee. Then,the writer studies how to evaluate the ability of political participation from the democraticpoint of view, and on this basement combines the Baoding municipal Party committee’spolitical achievements in the political participation recent years, makes some analysis on threeaspects, which are political participation talents, channels and fields, finds some relativeproblems. Finally, the writer studied the countermeasures in the talent team construction,method innovation and the field expanding to improve the ability of political participation of the Baoding municipal Party committee. This paper thinks that, only a good grasp of thetalent team construction, the ways of inheritance and innovation, the political fields’longitudinal and horizontal expansion, which are to solve the three problems that are "whowill participate in","how to participate in " and "where to participate ", involved through thewhole process of political participation and discussion, and puts more attention on the effectscan promote the Baoding Municipal Committee’s ability of political participation anddiscussion.
