Study On The Promoting Democracy Of Yangquan Municipal Politics

Multi-party cooperation and political consultation system under the leadership of the Communist Party of China is China's basic political system.The system is a socialist political system rooted in Chinese soil and is playing an important role in the history and practice of the Chinese revolution,construction practice in the new China.Building socialism with Chinese characteristics must adhere to and improve the multi-party cooperation system in China.All along,as an important component of China's socialist political system,the democratic parties-Participating actively perform the functions of political participation:"participating in national power,consultation on major state policies and leadership candidates,management of national affairs,participating in countries developing implementation,principles,policies,laws and regulations,which fully reflects China's socialist democratic politics.So far,Our country is in the stage of building a moderately prosperous society,the democratic parties should continue to work closely around the Communist Party and the central government,built wise words,offer pragmatic policy,which require higher requirements for ability of participate in politics of the Democratic Party's.As grass-roots organizations,municipal democratic parties organization is the cellular and basis of democratic parties,the level of the ability of political participation has a major impact on the overall capacity and level of political participation of democratic parties.Therefore,Yangquan Municipal Association for Promoting Democracy is the carrier in the paper,with its ability to participate in politics for the analysis of objects,mainly take empirical analysis and quantitative analysis,political ecological analysis,historical analysis,literature searches and other methods,also deeply analyze the status of political participation of Association of Yangquan Municipal Participation,practical experience,problems and reasons,as well as the path of capacity of political participation building in politics and practical issues.This paper consists of three parts:introduction,body and conclusion.Introduction section introduces the topic reason and significance of the research,and the generally describes the relevant domestic research findings,and research ideas,methods and content.The second chapter includes the concept of political participation.It analyzes two levels of capacity-building:one broad is wide concept:to grasp the political,organizational leadership,working in cooperation capacity,the ability to solve their own problems.Secondly,it is narrow concept that includes topics capabilities,argument ability,presentation skill,so as to get two index evaluation capacity in politics:the people and the way of political participation.The third chapter obtained the problem of Yangquan Municipal Association for Promoting Democracy by quantitative and qualitative analysis:low participation of members,the role of leadership is weak,and some party members in politics atmosphere desalination and the weak sense of cooperation and so on.Through in-depth analysis,find the cause of the problem:self-construction is not enough,the existing system is not perfect,implementation of the system is not in place,the overall environment should be optimized.The fourth chapter presents conclusions that the route of four capacity building from the Yangquan Municipal Association for Promoting Democracy itself and other external environment,such as government:Firstly,to strengthen their own building that can provide a solid foundation for the politics;the second is to promote the sound system,rationalize the responsibilities and rights of political participation;Thirdly,improve the mechanism construction and provide an institutional guarantee for the politics;The fourth is pay attention to the patriotic united front work and create politics excellence external environment for participating in the administration and discussion of state affairs.
