The Research On Countermeasures To Promoting Social Management Innovation In The City Community By Anning District Of Lanzhou

In the final analysis, innovation in city community management is to managepeople. Firstly we should start with the satisfaction of the most realistic, directinterests people concerns, strengthen the sense of belonging and identity for theresident to the city community, broaden the resident services provided by citycommunity, have a genuine and sincere desire for the interest of the resident and letthe resident have the safeguard in their lives, which all can make the city communitymanagement innovation in the public. With the advance of the economic system andpolitical system in our country, the old contradiction mingles with the new one, andthe traditional city community management has been difficult to meet the resident’sgrowing needs, and there is a great gap between the resident new demand and thesingle community service provided by the government, which spurs the citycommunity management innovation forward. Therefore, it is extremely important tooptimize the city community management system, improve the city communitymanagement technology, build the professional management team to manage the citycommunity, change the idea for the city community management, and provide theefficient, convenient social services for the resident.Gansu province is one of the less developed western regions in China, and itscity community management is far from the other developed region. As thecommunity is struggling to cope with various kinds of administrative affairs in thestreet apportion, they are lack of the talent team construction system, the way of thecity community management is relatively backward, and the innovation in citycommunity management is in the preliminary stage to be explored. So based on this,it has the important theoretical and practical significance for the city communityresident in Anning District, Lanzhou City to study on countermeasures for the citycommunity management, and further promote the city community innovation.This article takes city communities in Anning district, Lanzhou city as the studysample. After many times of visiting and investigating, the author understands thecity community management innovation and existing problems in Anning district.Taking the community management innovation in Nanjie community as the example, this text puts forward some suggestions for promoting the innovation in the citycommunity management in Anning district, Lanzhou city by using the innovationexperience of city management in other developed regions, and combining withNanjie community actual situation.
