The Construction And Reform Research Of The Development Model Of The Huaxi Village

The 6 chapters of this paper analyze the content, experience and shortage of development model in Huaxi Village, and put forward some reform proposals. The first chapter is introduction, a brief overview the research background, research purpose and meaning, and the research results in China and other countries. The second chapter is the development history of the Huaxi Village, and the content of the development model in Huaxi Village. It summarizes the development condition of Huaxi Village at before and after of the reform and opening up. And it still briefly narrates five aspects of the development model of the Huaxi Village: the construction of the party organization at basic level and the development of their political power, the progress and construction of the economic, the development of the ideological and cultural concept, the allocation of the social resources, and the construction of the social welfare. Through the five aspects to sum up the successful experience of the development model of Huaxi Village. The third chapter is contrastive analysis of the development model of the villages in China and other countries, list the northern Jiangsu model, coastal development model, American rural development model and Japanese rural development model to compare with development model of Huaxi Village. Through analysis find the common ground and differentia in these villages to offer the experience for the urbanization development. The forth chapter is concrete analysis of the five aspects which in the chapter two, including the analysis of experiences and problems. The fifth chapter is to put forward the reform suggestions and ways for the problems that in the chapter four. The sixth chapter is to consolidate the experiences and reform suggestions of the development model in the Huaxi Village, and make it become the experience for reference of the Chinese rural development model. I use the literature information collection and field trip methods to deeply know the Huaxi Village, so as to objectively treat the developing mode of the Huaxi Village. I independently analyze the pros and cons of the development model of the Huaxi Village and put forward reform measure to give the rural construction more experience.
