Investigation On The Status And Residents' Willingness To Old Age

Since ancient times, China had the traditional pension culture "is old I old as wellas old person " and "respect and love the aged, raise children to provide against oldage". Currently, pension is not only an important part of building a harmonioussociety, but also a social problem connecting people’s livelihood and the country’sstability. In recent years, with the overall development of the society, politics,economy and culture, the quality of people’s life and health has been continuouslyimproved, ideas constantly change, life expectancy continues to increase, thepopulation of the elderly has been greatly increased. With the effectiveimplementation of family planning policy, great changes have taken place in thepopulation structure that gradually become small and channelization, the familystructural model of "4-2-1"(a young couple support four old man and a child) becomethe mainstream-m of society, the pension issue has become increasingly prominent.Based on the aging trend of increasingly severe, the pension issue faces severechallenges and has been the urgent social problems in the society. How to protect theelderly enjoy old age, providing for the elderly, how to solve the pension problems ofthe elderly effectively, how to alleviate the pension problem to social developmentimpact, how to guarantee and improve the life quality of the aged has become majorsocial issues.With the continuous severe of the aging population problem, the way of traditionalpension has been a great shock, can’t meet the needs of social pension, which requiresus to gradually change the traditional family pension mode, seeking for diversified toadapt the new pension model o-f social development. Firstly, this paper describes thebackground and significance of the research, through the analysis of relevant literatureat home and abroad, the diversified concepts pension model in detail, reveals the trendof diversified development of multidimensional change at this stage Chinaendowment pattern and future pension manner, lays a solid theoretical foundation theselection and research of pens-ion model. Secondly, the elderly population in Xi’ancity as the research object, investigated the current status of their pension and thepromise of future pension problem perceptions and expectations, diversificationchoice pension. On site visits and questionnaire survey, and detailed analysis and summary of thesurvey results. Finally, according to the survey results, based on the wishes of theelderly, try to put forward the reasonable city endowment pattern and thecorresponding feasible policy suggestions, to form a diversified, multilevel pensionsystem, to explore and select the pension mode-l in this study, to find an effectivesolution way to old age, hope to be able to improve the life quality of the aged so thateach one of the elderly can spend a quiet and happy life.
