Under The Background Of Population Aging In Our Country Endowment Mode Selection Research

Our country is entering an aging society while "not rich first old", and the perfectold-age security system has not been established in our country. The problem of supportingold people is highlighted. The supporting issues not only concerns the individual interests,but also relates to the country’s political stability. Therefore, the research of Chineseold-age security model has great significance under the background of population aging.Our country’s social economy levels of development are not the same, so it isimperative to construct the corresponding old-age security model while the populationaging trend is speeding up, family endowment is weakening and social endowment servicecareer development is not mature. With the regional differences, the old-age security modelshould has focus, that is, the old-age security model be developed with the adaptability,regional and local economic conditions, population and social conditions. There are manyliteratures about Chinese old-age security model home and abroad, but few discuss theChinese old-age security model from perspective of regional differences.Based on the related discipline theory, drawing lessons from existing research results,using the datas of statistical yearbook and useful datas collected from literature and surveydatas, this article makes through empirical analysis. Considering regional social andeconomic development level is not balanced, this article uses the method of principalcomponent analysis and cluster analysis. Firstly, the article selectes18indexes of theeconomy, population, social and so on, then reduces indexes through principal componentanalysis, and then devide the31provinces into three types. There are7Ⅰclass provinces,23Ⅱ class provinces and1Ⅲclass province. Choosing one province from each type ofzones as the research object, and make questionnaire of selective will about the elderlyold-age security model, then make field survey, and then make quantitative analysisthrough ordered Probit model.Finally, according to the above discussion and empirical results,this article analyzesthe factors influencing Pension Security, and make suggestions of building three types ofarea old-age security model and conditional guarantee of effective implementation ofold-age security model.
