Government Portal consists of different sections plate, users realize the multifaceted understanding of government informationAfter2010, the domestic part of the government portal began to "e-government" changes, the creation of online office special edition, and actively expand the government’s public service functions of the portal. Internet users’trust and psychological dependence, so that the government under network environment in a note the people under surveillance, a test of the government’s handling of social practice ability and attitude of the government portal transmissibility higher demands.This paper investigated the propagation ability of the government portal study, select the Shaanxi Provincial People’s Government Website for the study.
