Research On Road Traffic Safety Management Problems And Countermeasures In Villages And Towns

Rural road traffic infrastructure is an important basic condition for the development of industrial economy,the adjustment of agricultural structure and the sustained increase of farmers' income,at the same time;it is also the main component of carrying out good rural public service facilities.With the rapid development of the national economy,the process of urbanization is accelerated and road construction in villages and towns is increased.However,road traffic safety management measures lag behind,road facilities and equipment are not sound,safety measures are not in place and road traffic planning in towns and villages is unreasonable,leading to frequent road traffic accidents.This paper adopts case analysis method and literature research method to analyze and study road traffic safety management in a town of Zigong city,Sichuan province.From the human,car,road,environment four aspects of analysis,put forward the following aspects of countermeasures: First,rational planning road network construction;The second is to strengthen supervision of road traffic safety management,to make full use of big data,Internet +,rural illumined engineering,etc.;The third is to carry out innovative vehicle active safety defense technology application,from the technical level to strengthen the management and supervision;The fourth is to improve the road infrastructure construction and maintenance,to make full use of rural public operating funds and one case one discussion project funds;Fifth,to promote the improvement of village road traffic safety management system,compaction responsibility,layer upon layer of responsibility,everyone involved;Sixth,strengthen the construction of road safety culture,to carry out good publicity and guidance of safety culture knowledge,everyone knows the law,everyone abide by the law.
