Study On The Road Traffic Safety Management Of Yongzhou City

With the continuous development of economy and society in our country,the scale of the rural road has gradually expanded,the quality and access depth have increased significantly,and the environment of traffic safety has obviously improved,which will effectively improve the development degree of rural economy in China.However,in general,a great number of the roads in rural areas are still in the primary stage of development,they are still difficult to adapt to the current needs of rural economic and social development,and difficult to meet the increasingly fruitful farmers' daily requirements.This paper chooses rural road traffic safety in Yongzhou City as the research object,combines with the related theory of public management,and analyzes the present situation of rural road traffic safety management in Yongzhou by interviewing relevant departments and issuing questionnaires.From the situation of analysis,the rural road traffic safety management in Yongzhou City has the problems of the lack of awareness of traffic safety among the masses,poor safety performance of vehicle,imperfect management measures,and low control efficiency of traffic police enforcement.The causes of generating and existing above problems are various and complicated,which can be summed up are: the imperfect mechanism of the traffic safety publicity,the imperfection of the social security system,the lack of financial investment,and lack of standardization of traffic management.How to further optimize the management mechanism of the rural road traffic safety management in Yongzhou City,this paper puts forward some suggestions,such as: boosting the socialization of traffic safety,intensifying propaganda,strengthening the consciousness of abiding law,increasing financial input,regulating the enforcement of traffic police and giving full play to the functions of traffic police.
