| Road traffic issues belong to the category of public management,and traffic safety publicity and education is one of the important aspects of urban road traffic management.Compared with the work of traditional news media,the government and other relevant organizations have a clearer agenda setting in the process of carrying out traffic safety publicity and education.As a public management behavior,traffic safety publicity and education behaviors should pay attention to work results,and actors should take responsibility for the work results.With the help of Internet technology,the “person,car,and road” data held by the public security traffic management department of T city and other related organizations has continuously accumulated,and the subject,content,form,and channels of traffic safety publicity and education have also undergone tremendous changes.The application of big data can play a role in pinpointing the direction,fair assessment,and measuring the effectiveness of work in publicity and education of road traffic,but related technologies have not been fully used in practice,and the academic community has just begun to pay attention to this.This article takes the traffic safety publicity and education in T city as the research content in the past ten years.It mainly uses management SWOT analysis to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,and potential opportunities and challenges of traffic safety publicity and education in the big data environment.Concluded:Improving the efficiency of traffic safety publicity and education requires the use of big data to avoid subjective factors causing decision errors,making traffic safety publicity and education work in a formal and inefficient and ineffective way;in order to collect available materials for traffic safety publicity and education,it is necessary Develop and build a big data platform with this function,and quantify and qualitatively evaluate traffic safety publicity work to avoid deviations in manually recorded data or false performance evaluation data due to interpersonal factors. |
